our process

Are you interested in enrollment and wondering how we welcome our new families to The Nurturing Nest? Our program calendar runs on an August-to-August schedule. Every year as our oldest students leave for kindergarten, each class moves up and we welcome new families to our program. Typically, families start with us when their children are infants and stay with us until their child is ready for kindergarten.

Enrolling in The Nurturing Nest

In order to register for our programs, parents must complete our registration packet, which includes our Enrollment Form and our Health Assessment Form (part of which must be completed by the child’s health care provider). If your child will be needing topical medication during the day, please fill out the Topical Medication form as well. When openings are available within a class, a $75.00 enrollment fee is required in order to secure a spot for your child. Unfortunately, we do have wait lists for all age groups at this time, so joining the waitlist is the best option to join us.

Our Classrooms

Our infants and toddlers classroom welcomes children beginning at 6 weeks of age through 9 months old. From there, students move on to our Discoverers classroom for 1-year-olds, our Explorers Classroom for 2-year-olds, and then to our Pre-School and Pre-Kindergarten programs.
